Adam Bass

Director

Having launched and sold an early online venture and freelanced in a number of advertising agencies, Adam established Golden Goose in 2002 with the aim of strategically aligning long-term licensing activity with client's immediate business focus. With multiple corporate brands now represented, Adam has developed expertise in branded FMCG: with the launch of a retail brand (Providence Deli is now available in chilled and ambient formats across the major multiples), and also retail; with the recent Original Stormtrooper pop-up shop in Boxpark. In addition to managing the team, the main focus of Adam's day to day is ensuring that client's licensing strategies are delivering steady growth. Since 2015, Golden Goose has delivered revenues of £14M across all clients.

Specialist skills: Setting licensing strategy, gaining internal buy-in for licensing, sourcing new partners, legal and financial aspects of licensing.

Antonia Habdank-Toczyska

Client and Strategy Director

Antonia joined Golden Goose in 2010 and is an accomplished and respected Director. Antonia's licensing experience encompasses working both client-side for Coca-Cola as Director of Licensing EMEA and agency side. The broad foundation of brand management experience gained from working within blue chip organisations including Revlon and Del Monte, together with extensive licensing experience combines to create a very strategic approach to brand licensing with the brand at the core.

Specialist skills: Licensing strategy, client liaison, account management, marketing strategy.

Former clients: Allied Domecq, Coca-Cola, Cosmopolitan, Country Living, JCB, Michelin, RSPB, Tetley.

Martin Clark

New Business Director

After a stint as Brand Development Director for Beanstalk Martin joined Golden Goose in 2012. At Beanstalk he led the licensing programme for Stanley, Black and Decker and Jack Daniels as well as developing new business in categories as varied as apparel, hair care, and merchandise. Martin has since established himself as strong builder of relationships with a wide selection of international licensees and retailers and is a highly respected new business development director.

Specialist skills: New business development, licensee management, legal and financial management.

Valerie Fry

Account Director

A senior commercial, sales and licensing executive with a proven track record gained from 30 years’ experience of successfully licensing entertainment and television brands into entertainment, digital, lifestyle, toy and publishing sectors in the UK and internationally.

Specialist skills: Strategic development and commercialisation of brands through licensing, brand partnerships, digital and live events. 

Former Clients: Ryan’s World, Thomas the Tank Engine, Fifi & The Flowertots, Roary the Racing Car, Clangers, & Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.

Rebeckah Dalton

Creative and Product Director

Rebeckah joined Golden Goose in 2020 having worked in Product Development across multiple clients at Licensing Agency TLC and prior to that as Licensing Co-ordinator at Marvel. Rebeckah works across multiple categories developing new business and product ranges in a variety of categories including music, food & beverage, interiors, apparel, games and outdoor living.

Specialist skills: Product development, account management, process implementation and improvement.

Emma Coote

Account Director

A licensing specialist who has worked in partnership with some of the largest global food, beverage, character and lifestyle brands to deliver award-winning licensed product ranges. With extensive experience in the industry, Emma is known for building strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to achieve a collaborative and strategic approach to brand licensing.

Specialist skills: Organisation, brand management, food licensing
